2003

The multiCAM project started in 2003 with the desire to offer innovative solutions for capturing and broadcasting events on the Internet. The company was created as a service provider and from the beginning, its three founders, Arnaud Anchelergue, Stan Walbert and Prâsad Ramassamy, decided to invest in research and development to build turnkey solutions to simplify the use and democratize the technology with competitive commercial offers.

2010

In 2010, the solutions developed in-house have attracted the attention of various actors such as local authorities, education and radio who wanted to become autonomous in the production of video content. multiCAM Systems has therefore set up an international sales force to offer intelligent and ergonomic capture solutions specially designed for the above markets. A large network of integrators and distributors has been established to support the sale and support of the all-in-one solutions: multiCAM RADIO, CONF, STUDIO. More than 400 systems have already been deployed.

2015

At the same time, the production activity continued to develop under the supervision of Benjamin Buziol and then under the direction of Guillaume Brûlé. Renamed multiCAM Live, the “Prod” entity has so far cumulated several thousand live recordings: plenary sessions of communities, conferences and corporate events, sports, shows, etc… Customers benefit from a packaged or customized service according to their needs and ambitions. Following the Covid crisis, the production volume literally exploded with more than 15 performances per week. Remote production, deployed on sports recordings (Futsal, Football,…) has become a standard in production services.

2017

In 2017, a subsidiary in the United States was created to ensure business development in Canada and North America.

2019

In 2019, the French company Polyscope, widely recognized in the broadcast industry for the design and manufacture of TV set robotics, was acquired by multiCAM with the objective of extending its offer to on-set shoots requiring higher quality and precision than the turret cameras (PTZ) used until now. multiCAM Robotics equips the main TV sets in France (France Télévisions, Canal+, M6) and the robotic systems are at the heart of the video installations of prestigious events such as the Roland Garros competition, the Césars Ceremony, the Formula 1 Grand Prix and numerous concerts and shows (DJ Snake, Booba, etc.).

2021

At the same time, the development of camera tracking and virtual production solutions has allowed multiCAM to become an expert in the capture solutions of tomorrow, with xR technology at the forefront. This is how the multiCAM Space concept was imagined and implemented in 2021 with a turnkey studio for immersive and interactive multi-camera shootings.

multiCAM Group is thus a complete company with specialized entities, both in the design and engineering of video capture solutions and their operation within the framework of a specific technical service.

Always ahead of the market and anticipating needs, multiCAM Group never ceases to innovate and to offer original solutions adapted to the uses of tomorrow, without technology or budget being an obstacle to their development. That’s why the group’s motto is:

BROADCASTING WITHOUT BORDERS
