2. PERSONAL DATA ON THE APPLICATION OF MULTICAM GROUP

MULTICAM SYSTEMS designs innovative live video recording systems. This hardware + software solution is distinguished by its ergonomic design. Its intuitive interface makes it possible to produce video content without any particular audiovisual knowledge.
The Multicam Systems application has been developed for Windows.
Through our software solution, we collect two types of information:

  • Support information to report observed malfunctions.
  • Information relating to our interface with third-party APIs such as Facebook’s to simplify the creation and publication of your live events on the Internet via Facebook Live.

2.1 Information collected via the medium
As part of our support service, we collect your name and e-mail address in order to identify you when we receive logs from your machine. We may also, to ensure quality support, need to retrieve data you have produced on the machine, such as video recordings and graphics. Your data may be used for internal tests to understand and resolve the problem. This data is immediately deleted once the problem has been resolved.
However, You are under no obligation to transmit this information to Multicam Systems.

2.2 Information collected via the Facebook API

The data used/stored are :

  1. Regional code: for display and storage on the user’s multicam station
  2. User name: for display and storage on the user’s multicam station
  3. Avatar: for display and storage on the user’s multicam station
  4. User local: for display and storage on the user’s multicam station
  5. User playlists for display (storage of the playlist ID for a worflow saved when automatically added to a playlist, storage done on the user’s multicam station)

multiCAM Systems does not share any of this data with third parties. This data is only used in connection with the use of the Youtube API services. Users may contact multiCAM Systems or the developer with any questions or complaints regarding privacy practices.
